I like to sing.  And I like President Obama.  So when this happened:

I started singing it to the girls all day.  Kate LOVED it.  I think she thought I made it up just for her.  Its message of unconditional love through the good and bad brought her a lot of comfort.


It in many ways is the perfect song for a toddler/preschooler (especially the lyric "whatever you want to do ...is alright with me"...).


Also a great song for a mama getting ready to send her firstborn to K1 :-(
