Sisters = Entertainment

Kate is my biggest helper "entertaining" Alex while I do glamorous things like get dressed, shower, and cook. We have a good system: I tell Kate stories (exhausting) and she reads to, dances for, or otherwise entertains, Alex. I am considering a second career as a storyteller...No TV program could ever be this good :-)

Alex has a bad habit of pulling Kate's hair. Kate often facilitates this by sticking her head full of curls in reach of Alex's eager hands and then puts on a show of screaming, etc. Other times, Alex really catches her by surprise which results in real screams and tears. They both love it.

Blue? Am I poisoning my children? Kate refuses to bake unless we are using color at this point. Just ask papa about the PURPLE Parker House rolls...
