48 piece puzzle from Donna and Andy. She's mastered all of her 24 piece ones (even if her mother hasn't. It is humbling when you go to clean up a puzzle and then decide you'd better wait for your 2 year old to help...)

Donna and Andy also gave Kate a state puzzle. Steve and I thought there was no way she could do it, but straightaway she picked up South Dakota and nailed it. She did great!
The moment I have been waiting for! The Mini Kick scooter. She was elated for about 3 seconds and then said "But I wanted pink!" A little part of me died and then I told her it didn't come in pink. Then she was elated again
