We have had a fun month attending Kate's Ballet Recital, last day of school picnic, new school BBQ, a Pawsox game, and a truck day at Drumlin. Also, Alex weaned from nursing this month. It was very sad for me and Alex changed her mind a few times, but on June 6 while Kate was at school, we had our last 'nursey nap" on the couch. It was beautiful.
Call me a psychology geek but see above and below for evidence that Alex has commits "scale errors" Basically, kids think they can step into a toy car or take a large object for a ride because the interaction of the brain systems responsible for the visual recognition of objects and size perception is immature.
In other news, Alex is now sleeping 11-12 hours at night (7:30-6:30 or 7) Yippee! Mama and Papa are feeling rested for the first time in 16 months. Well, sorta rested. We still have 2 small kids.
Dancing at Music Together. Our fav day of the week.
Chillin' with Grandpa, for whom she has a real soft spot.
My little student. She will be starting nursery school 2 am a week in the fall...
