Alex 18 Mos

Happy 18 mos Alex!  Lookin' good, sister.
Stylin'  New words:  money and chips.
What's up?  Romney who?  Step off.
Getting ready for school.  Kate has given her the beloved monkey backpack and she is thrilled.
Her new nursery school teacher, Sherry, came to visit.  Alex liked her a lot and called her "shay-shay".  It is a great program that starts at 20 mos and goes to 5 years.  We are only enrolling Alex 2 mornings a week so Mama can work, etc.  She will be in the "Orange Room" with 9 kids aged 20 mos to 2.2 and 2 teachers with  help as needed from a floater.  So far, we have had a great impression of the place.
Likes to party like her folks.  Alex is a spirited little girl who loves to climb, run, and dance.  She like to walk on improvised balance beams wherever she finds one.
She yells "Boomba!" when she jumps off of furniture and doesn't appear to be afraid of anything

She has a great sense of humor and a fierce independent streak.  Like I have said jokingly probably too many times, I will bail this girl out of jail someday.  But, I know it will be for something interesting.

Starting the process!  Very interested and has had a few successes!
Alex's 18 mos stats:
32" (81.3 cm) (61.81%)23 lb (10.433 kg) (30.70%)

Still tall and and thin...
