Kate's First Haircut

Last Friday before leaving for VT for the long weekend, I decided Kate's hair was too unruly. The poor kid was miserable and I was sick of trying to wrestle her super fine hair into various bows and clips. We went to Lulu's Kids Cuts in our hood and Kate did fantastic! She was all smiles in the mirror and was very excited about all of the toys with which they kept her busy. She (and I) are much happier now! Here are some rough before and after shots. She hates to pose these days!

Obviously in need. And yes, she lines her crayons up like that. Anyone who knows Steve will not be surprised by this gene expression....
