Milestones this month:
Saying momma, daddy, cat, dog, more, bye, something resembling "Butch" (her lovey monkey), what that, and nanas (bananas?)
Standing unsupported for short periods (until she realizes she's doing it and then collapses...)
'Cruising' on the furniture and anything else that stands still
Walking with her wagon
Opening drawers and cabinets (oh boy)
Shutting doors
Shutting momma into her play area and laughing like crazy about it (serves me right)
Started swim classes and even dunked her head twice
Starting to drink from her sippy without help (umm, yeah about 3 months behind on that, princess....)
First blood-producing injury (fell into the side of her wagon tyring to retrieve a toy and hit her mouth. Some blood and tears, but a real trooper)

Kate has learned how to walk with her wagon! Here is a video I shot of her in our hallway with my mother (behind Kate):
I took Kate to see a musician today at our local toy store. He was fantastic and Kate loved it. He played some of Kate's favorite Woody Guthrie songs. I'll have to get there earlier next time as it was really crowded. A friend of mine took this picture and I just thought it was too funny:
